Some view the Detroit Lions’ 0-16 season as imperfection at its finest. But not Bang! Cartoons. In their latest ‘toon, Bang! Cartoons take a look at the perfection that was the Detroit Lions’ 2008 Season.

Detroit Fan immortalizes losing season
One Detroit Lions fans (yes I do believe there is more than 1) decided to immortalize the losing by tattooing it on his chest.

This blog is intended to document and record how terrible the Detroit Lions franchise is, especially the 2008 team that went 0-16.
No team in the history of the NFL has ever lost 16 games in one season until master architect Matt Millen engineered such a horrid roster that could accomplish this feat. Millen is not the only person who should receive credit for such a spectacular season. Something like this has many heroes. Rod Miranelli deserves much of the credit as well for this accomplishment. Granted Millen had to assemble this ultimate group of losers, but Miranelli had to teach them how to lose together.
Let's further explore this historic achievement.....
